How can a kitchen become the true heart of a home? For a young family who loves to cook and gather, we set out to transform a cramped, awkward kitchen into a bright and generous space designed for connection. In partnership with our clients, ACT reimagined the layout to create an open, welcoming environment where cooking and dining flow naturally together.
A striking palette of wood, metal, and purple-veined marble gives the space a distinctly modern identity, while its material warmth remains in careful dialogue with the character of the existing historic home. The result is a kitchen that feels both new and deeply rooted in a space where daily rituals become an opportunity to gather together.
