We partnered with Asia Live and Demark Studio to create a new model for hospitality—one that recognizes dining as a catalyst for culture, community, and connection. The project brings together a diverse collection of restaurants, bars, café, curated retail, and flexible gathering spaces into a vibrant destination that celebrates the richness and diversity of Asian food, craft, and culture.

Today's most compelling destinations invite people to engage in multiple ways throughout the day—whether stopping in for tea or ice cream, browsing artisanal goods, sharing a meal with friends, discovering new culinary traditions, attending a cultural celebration, or gathering for a private event. By integrating dining, retail, and community programming into a layered experience, the design creates a destination that encourages exploration and repeat visits.
At Asia Live, thoughtfully-designed spaces are expressed through warm, inviting spaces that balance the energy of an active marketplace with moments of comfort and respite. Flexible event spaces accommodate cultural programming, educational demonstrations, performances, and private events, allowing the destination to continually evolve alongside its community.
Asia Live is envisioned as a contemporary cultural hub where food, retail, and shared experiences come together. The architecture and interiors are designed to celebrate discovery and craftsmanship, creating opportunities for people to connect with each another over stories behind the food, makers, and traditions represented throughout the space.
